Do you think that they should implement something where freeze offs end in a draw regardless of the score?

They should make it a simple system of time, if a RS game surpasses 2 or 3 hours it’s no doubt a freeze off or people boosting. After 2-3 hour mark give the winning team the win if it’s later than the 4th inning. If it’s the start of a game make it a draw and if it’s a tie obviously a draw.

Ok so when a freeze off happens I should just quit every time right? If I’m losing sure, but I’m dominating the person and they were rude towards me. I went to sleep, it was 2:30 AM. Now it’s the morning and the sad person hasn’t accepted their loss and messaged me instead.

Nobody is saying quit right away but if its clear that neither side is goin to quit, you're both equally as sad. Should he quit bc you're winning? Maybe. But you don't know the final outcome. He could have came back just as easily as you could have held him off for the win. Unless its a game for WS or really close just quit. And you coming online about it and reporting him is just as sad. And funny thing is, you're the only one that's going to have the chance to face disciplinary actions bc you posted his gamertag. So basically, he has done nothing wrong other than being affected by the same freeze off issue as you. And refuses to quit... Just like you... But you have decided to come put his gamertag online and then accuse him of forcing the freeze offs. Whos the sad one again? Its a video game dude. Quit out and play the next one. You're no better than him

Well it is about 2 games from WS probably, maybe 3 so that’s why I’m a bit more tough to hold.

What do you get moaning about it on the internet?

Its just a mano el mano thing about who quits. but its a video game, just close app and play the next game, you'll soon forget about it. you dont get rewards for not losing a game.

You live a pretty mundane life if you openly quit even if you’re winning, you’d accept my friendly quit in the bottom of the ninth when you’re up 9-0 right?

Its nice to win, im not saying you're wrong, you deserve the win. until SDS put in some sort of fix for it there is nothing you can do.

but its a video game mate, move on and take the L. you know you're right, but dont you want to play another game instead of just waiting?

Yeah I get what you’re saying sorry if I came off as rude. It’s just the principle of it all, I guess in my head people are better than they truly are. I’ve got stuff to do right now anyways but when I’m done if he’s still waiting I guess I’ll just toss him the win and hope SDS take the report seriously.

I’m winning 6-0, 7th inning, game frozen. He’s got 3 hits, 2 of which are bunt hits. He messaged me and said I play like a b***h because I squeezed in a run with my pitcher up to bat, keep in mind he has 3 hits and 2 of them are bunts. He said he won’t quit until MLB 22 comes out and that he does freezes offs all the time. Seems like he gets in to them intentionally to be honest. People like this make the game unbearable, I don’t want to have to wait 2 days for a win because somebody can’t take an L with grace.

To give an update it’s on hour 8, he messaged me and said he will not quit until MLB 22 comes out because I,”played like a bi***” I asked what I did and he’s upset I squeezed in a run with my pitcher up to bat. Keep in mind he’s gotten three runners on and two of them were bunts. He’s got parallel V Dee Gordon leading off.

Guys, for the love of god if you are getting smoked and it’s late game just quit in a freeze off. I’m up 6-0, my opponent has 3 hits (2 bunts), and it’s the 7th inning. Like I know you want to hold out hope that you’ll come back but if it freezes be the bigger person when you’re losing. It makes the game unplayable when half the time you have to wait 6 hours for a win.

If you’re losing just close the app! I mean Jesus, if it’s tied sure wait it out but [censored] don’t try to steal undeserved wins with these freeze offs. If it’s close even I understand wanting to wait it out but if you’re getting beat bad just close the game and take your L!

It's pretty cliche at this point but it's user error. Dunno what level yer playing at but very few pitchers are effective below HOF.

It’s on HOF, and I wouldn’t say an early HR on a slider 2 inches off the plate is user error.

That is all. If you have some tips to not blow saves with that card it’d be much appreciated but even great pitches from that card get crushed.

11 up 11 down no diamonds, just opened 61 standards, 11 BIAH, 6 headliners all from grinding and I pulled Morton and Yeli. That’s BS to me, the fact that I’ve opened probably 40 BIAH packs this year and I am yet to get a diamond in one is crazy, those packs are awful!

Why when I bring in a reliever do they still get tired after 4 pitches? RS game I bring in full rested Taylor Rodgers and he’s in the yellow and the getting tired alert pops up four pitches in to his first at bat! Bring in Rodney a few batters later and it took 6 pitches to get tired. I don’t understand why this keeps happening but it is frustrating. And as far as the new feedback results I guess it’s a little better? I’d still like to get PCI feedback like we used to but really it feels like the “fix” from a few years ago where you just took out feedback and slapped on buckshot to convince people hitting was better, idk just my opinion, although sure many people agree that the pitching stamina still makes 0 sense.

I despise showdown, so many glitches littered through out it and it’s just a pure RNG game mode. If you get 5 perfect perfect lineouts it’s no longer user error and just RNG

I’ve got 2 buddies and we need 4 min to play, can we add a cpu team?

I’ve been playing showdown and got 16 out of 20 outs on good okay swings in which 14 of them went to the track. I’m getting hits on early rolled swings and lineouts and warning track shots on perfect perfect and good squared swings. Just lost to a mini boss after every one of my outs were over 100+ off the bat but I got 3 hits from early, very late, and too early swings lolololol, this game is so messed up right now, I’m not even upset just confused honestly!

Everyone who says the check swings should stay with no change is dumb as hell, legit gave up a walk and the guy check swing at all 6 pitches of the AB. Check swings shouldn’t leave the game but they should be greatly greatly tuned, you see a few check swings a game in the MLB and I’m seeing 10+ an inning in The Show

It 100% has a huge effect on who wins and anyone who denies it is a fan boy. You can see it across the board.

Game is playing absolutely awful right now, don’t know what happened but it isn’t fun.
