Anyone know why I’m not getting the clutch/heart beat vibration when I play on my ps5, but get it when playing remotely on my ipad?

I don’t seem to be getting the vibration when I’m in a clutch situation when playing on my ps5. I get it when I’m playing on remote play but that’s about it. I know people don’t like it, but I do, however I don’t know how to get it to work. I have vibrations turned to on
