Internal noise/vibration in controller during pitch
-
Has anyone noticed this as well? When I’m batting (even with vibration turned off in the settings), from time to time my controller starts doing this weird noise/vibration every time the pitcher releases the ball or the catcher throws it back. It throws off my ability to focus on the incoming pitch. My controller is almost brand new as well, so I don’t believe the issues is on my end.
Any thoughts? Anyone else having this issue?

PS5? I got mine a month ago and I'm hearing the clicking sound as soon as pitcher starts the pitch( when hitting, haven't paid attention when pitching) I also have vibration off

Yep. PS5. I likely didn’t notice it at first because I sometimes wear headphones and listen to other stuff while grinding, but it seems to happen more often when the pitcher is in the stretch. Super annoying though haha

Yep…I hear it too usually somewhere during the AI pitcher’s windup

Yep, I’m noticing that it’s during windup, sometimes middle of windup or closer to release, likely depending on the pitcher. I also notice it does it when the game switches views and comes back to my hitting view.
Glad I’m not the only one!

Perhaps try and turn off the haptic feedback and vibration in the PS5 settings? Not ideal but that should do the trick I assume.

yes, I was noticing this yesterday. was totally throwing off my timing. it was mostly during conquest games that I was playing. I didn't notice it in the event

Noticed this as well during the tech test. Only solution I could find was to turn the haptic feedback off in the controller settings on the PS5. Once I did that, it stopped.

Go to your controller settings and turn your trigger effect intensity to none.
This worked for me. -
Here’s a question for you guys. I don’t get the vibration when I’m in a clutch situation. Any idea why or how to get it to work? Yes my vibration is turned on

There's also a volume setting specifically for the controller... Settings > Accessories > Controller, then there should be something that says "Volume (Speaker for Controller) with a slider to adjust...
