Myself and many others have reported this exact issue to SDS since launch with no reply or acknowledgement and now this bug has spread to affect a larger population. I only hope now that this has become mainstream this bug can finally be fixed now.
It has been a month and the "Challenge Failed" bug in online matchmaking still exists. Many of us have not been able to play any online games because of this and there has not been a single mention of this from SDS. This is the only game where there is happening I can play online HR derby fine and MLBTS 20 with out any problems. You ask for patience from us but after a month can we at the very least get acknowledgment that is a known issue that is being looked at.

There are many on here that are unable to connect into any online game and we still have not heard anything about this from SDS. Every time you get connected in matchmaking after about 5 seconds it disconnects and says, "Challenge Failed." This is extremely frustrating for this to be going on for 4 weeks now to pay for a game and not be able to play anything online. This has been reported by many people and I'm sure you are aware of this bug. It would be greatly appreciated by us if you could give us an update of what is going on and if any fixes are on the way..
