I feel like there are too many double plays and also too many homers also. Feeling like there are also just way too many hard hit fly outs. Got my contact, power, and timing sliders turned down also thinking about turning down foul sliders because you really get punished with foul balls when you come around early on a pitch even when you square it up. A wider type of hits bloops grounders and hardliners would be great. Right now just feels like if I don’t hit a homer it’s really hard to score.

They took some steps forward and some steps back .... Fielding sucks compared to last year, hitting is too easy, even offline in legend mode, just way to many cheesy hits.... Presentation is a step forward, love some of that, crowd needs to be more realistic though, not sure why they can’t get that right ... Hopefully more hitting patches coming, TONE it down !!! And I still haven’t gloved 1 infield dive play, it’s useless, not sure how that got so bad, but hopefully it’s addressed with a patch at some point...

You got it right on this one for sure!!! I have gloved a couple diving balls infield and outfield also but have played a lot of games to this point also but I think with the fielding in this game there should be some bigger plays and a diving play it’s rare to snag one there should be more take aways in the outfield too. Some the missing players and commentary mistakes have really turned me off lately to playing there some things that are still ready to be fixed with a patch and they would go a long way to putting this game in a better fan view.

I fully agree with you, I’m only a franchise but have been playing this game for a longtime and the hitting physics in this game are really bad I’m not that great of a hitter but can still win some really close games. One thing that has really been a let down still this year is there is still no real system in franchise to train players and develop your young players and make some of your teams role players better and that is something that has been missing for a few years now also that makes the spring training part of the season pretty much meaningless.

This game needs more hit difference that would make a better baseball game. More bloop hits grounders light contact singles just a wider difference in hit types to add more ways to hit and score runs because right now I feel like the only way to score is hit homers and the ball doesn’t get put in play enough. Got timing, power, contact sliders turned down too.

It’s not too late for them to improve the game this year and fix some more things or continue to add with some updates but it starting to feel like Madden and EA. I stopped buying Madden a couple years back and feels like SDS is heading in a downhill direction waiting for some rosters to drop from operation sports to see if it’s going to save the game for me this year don’t let anyone tell you that it’s to late for SDS to better and add to this game because it’s not true but wether it’s going to happen comes from them.

I don’t need it to be easier because I already think there are too many homers during most games I play and have lowered the power sliders that has helped with that but the ball physics in this years game are just bad and have already seen a ton of other players already comment on that but don’t need the game to be easier just want more realistic outcomes

I remember for the PS3 for FIFA I think FIFA 10 or 11 they had commentary in different languages they could download for the game why can't they do that or you could download extra person commentary say if you wanted a different booth or different person that just would make it much more enjoyable and that's not going to push content it's only an audio file so it's only going to be a small maybe two to three gig file patch update there's so much they could do with this game to make it so much better but it just sucks when you get unheard

Yes please add some more commentary right now after about 70 to 80 games I just feel that it is really bland and boring fully agree here we need more and it will really help save this game.

This game is the most choppy and laggy I've played in the last 4 years did not upgrade to ps5 for this years game because it just not worth it and it's basically the same game with the same graphics it's not the upgrade I was hoping for. All the small updates are nice but they do not fix the real issues that this game has. It's getting close to EA with Madden level. It's not too late to save this years game but SDS needs to step up their game and listen to it's players and customers.
