My son somehow managed to pick all 3 winners correctly on our account. But, the Rays voucher is missing in our inventory. Clearly we don’t have video evidence or anything of him picking. I was there when he did it because unless he is asleep (he’s 11) he gets to open the packs. What’s the best way to go about getting the Voucher? I didn’t look until this morning because why would I. I sent support a message this morning but didn’t know if there was another way to try. Thanks
