I am getting challenge failed in moments and can't play ranked

Does someone else is having this bug where you pitch and your pitch ends in a totally different location even with a good/perfect release, the game shows very late release but it wasn't

In this Weekend League I have experienced a Toxicity level I have never seen before. What's going on??

Why most 'good players' have the same pitching style? After the first 2 at bats I already know I will only see breaking pitches below the zone. I have played complete games with not a single pitch in the upper half of the zone. It's really boring knowing that you have to wait for 3 slurves below the zone before you see a strike. It kills creativity and is not fun.
