I’ve only been playing since ‘21, but this has been EASILY the worst Show experience for me.

I’ve also noticed that the “Show guy” that normally monitors this forum and replies has been noticeably absent.

I have to believe that all their resources are being devoted to the mobile game. I could be wrong, but it’s the only thing that makes sense (and is not nefarious).

I’ve said this in multiple threads. All SDS has to do is add a repeatable 5k PXP mission for 5k XP and no one would complain.

Earn it offline or online. Doesn’t matter. So easy, even a caveman can do it.

I don’t mind sharing. You gave me some tips last year. And they all definitely panned out. The one I distinctly remember was to buy as many Seiya Suzukis as possible and then “cash out”. I did and it worked perfectly.

Sure. But not the point….

On top of all the nonsense we’ve had to put up with this inning, SDS doubles down with:

A 3-hit moment. Hit a homer moment with a guy with 50 vision and a pitcher that throws junk on the outside corner. And a two extra base hit moment.

One would think they would throw us a bone, but no…..

All SDS had to do was put in a repeatable 5k PXP for 5 stars mission in that “April Showcase Event” and everyone would be happy.

I mean, it’s just “low hanging fruit” as the saying goes.

I hope they don't go this way either. I’ve never bought the progress in MUT, but it has been VERY tempting.

The trouble in The Show with getting NO inning bosses is that, once a new inning starts, those boss cards typically get insanely expensive.

I’ve had a “diabolical” thought: SDS may be preparing us for the “spend money and advance along the Inning XP Path “. It’s what Madden does….

I’ve said this several times about your posts this year and last: I can’t upvote your reply enough!!

The only thing that makes sense (to me) is that they devoted all their resources to the Mobile game going live this Inning.

Don’t like that, but explains it anyway….

I preface this by saying that Madden gets ALOT of things wrong….

But they get this XP thing right in their Ultimate team (MUT). I’ve been on their site for over two years now, there has never been a “Offline vs Online” thread.

I’m offline only over there as well: yes, online gets exclusive and “the best” cards, but there is ALWAYS enough to do offline that , if that’s your preferred option, you can finish a Season( their Inning).

They have ALL the equivalent modes each Season that The Show has: mini seasons, moments, inning goals, programs, etc. but they ensure there’s enough XP to finish however you like to play!

That’s what The Show needs to do. Ensure that each way to play (online or offline) have enough XP to finish BY THEMSELVES. All it takes is a calculator and a little planning. Stop reacting and start being proactive.

And please, can we ALL stop telling each other how to play? And can we stop with the name calling if someone else plays differently than how you like to play?

It will need to be a couple of hundred thousand for me to get a boss!

Did enough of NGL to finish Jackie Robinson program.

What a stupid, stupid, stupid moment.

This is one of the reasons I don’t like NGL. These moments are just plain stupid.

Others may disagree ( and probably will) but these should be the EASIEST moments in The Show. Let us ENJOY and CELEBRATE these players and not worry about a hook slide or jumping to rob a homer or sliding to make a catch.

In the “home run” moment for Brown, is it an inside the park homer and you have to beat the tag at home??

Here are my sad details. I hope there are more like me that will chime in so that SDS can see how poorly they have managed game play rewards so far this year

I’m 25 away from completing AL. I’m 12 away from completing NL. (LS has been a priority for me)

I have 4 miggy vouchers. Not 4 away from completing, but 4.

You didn’t specifically ask, but I’m at 235k on the 2nd inning path. Hope to get Doerr. A boss is out of reach.

I have 64k stubs. I am offline only.

And yes, I’m a bit frustrated.
