Did you have to complete the whole 1995 section, or just that game 3 that has the route to the star and pack above it? I completed the 3rd game and it didn’t unlock yet.

Dead serious question here: are you on any kind of mind-altering substances?

I bought the game at launch and play maybe 3 hours a week while the baby's up at night and can't sleep. I may never finish it, but I don't give 6 eff's.

Ugh...I'm gonna be pissed if I quit at game 23 for nothing...

It is early in the year, but I feel like Minnesota can be a sleeper team any year. They're a tricky team to judge year in and year out. They seem to usually have a lineup of underrated gritty type players who battle hard each night. It's going to be an interesting season.
