S1 and S2 Cornerstone Captains, Futures Game players, the free AJ that was in the show shop? Plus many more.
Some of those will be in the forever program. They will miss out on some though. Same as every year.
I've only tried five pitchers so far. Now that I have them all unlocked, I'll try more. The only one I've liked so far, was the RP Riley Greene. Hated Trout, Elly was more funny to play with than useful, and the others weren't memorable at all. 1/5 is not a bad percentage. My biggest problem with the "position players" is that they are all slow. None will be on my for long unless I find a Bernie Williams or real Elly like card.
Did anyone else play the year Madden had Bo Jackson Christmas cards for almost every different position? Not gonna lie, I used his punter card for months.
I don't like the idea, but we'll see. maybe I can find that punter card.
I bought 4 with stubs (didn't need the Awards hitter,) finished, sold all 4 back, and made a small profit. 15-25K Even then, I didn't need Raisel.
Legends aren't part of the MLBPA agreement and have to be contracted with individually, making them much more expensive. Even with that, we got a bunch of new ones this year. I've stopped defending SDS with a lot of things, but they have been doing pretty well with legends, even with having too many Yankees and Dodgers.

NCAA25, World of Warships: Legends, Just downloaded the Lego Star wars (Don't know if I'll actually play it,) and this little game called MLBTS24. With the exception of the horrendous pitching, I'm having fun again. From the AS program until now, it's been more like it used to be, although progression jumped from 95 to 99 really quickly.

There were 10(?) relief pitchers selected for the ASG, they can't all get cards. I believe the Phillies got 3 cards. Considering Tanner Scott got both S2 Marlins TA cards, because he was their only choice, the Phillies don't really need more. ASG TA cards are to cover all teams. ASG collection cards are for fan favorites. ASG game cards are for performance in the ASG. We got 3 RP cards in TA, and they were all the only all stars for those teams.
I think the idea is that you're getting 9 cards, including a 96, 97, and 99. Yes you can get 7 of those elsewhere, I don't know about you but I was not looking forward to doing that conquest map 4 times. Of the 15 packs (as, hrd, draft) I pulled 1 rare and 2 mid. Kept Trea and sold Witt and JRam. This gives me the chance to skip 20 conquest games and saves 100K stubs for Duran. Add those to the Jackson Holliday and Wyatt Langford cards added to S2 collection and, I feel, today was a good cherry after a fun week.
I'm still disappointed in the lack of equipment for RTTS, but RTTS out of DD. I loved the catchers gear and gloves we'd get from the AS conquest. Instead we got 20 bats we'll never equip and 2 socks we'll never see again.

Fast enough for center, strong enough arm for right with the bat to back it up. He can also play Third when Arenado goes to DH. I really think the Angels would have taken him one pick later. Hard hitting shortstops make the best third basemen.

I am trying to figure out how to sneak him into my Cardinals Theme Team. I am really reluctant to bench Season Awards Gorman or Topps Now Winn. I could put him at DH but I would need to sit 99 Nootbaar (my Wild card)

I have severe nerve damage in my right thumb. It may take a few tries, but I get it. It really sucks, but it's only 5 buttons. I think, the last one I did took 3 tries and ended up being something like XXXOO.

Every year those of us who stick with the game see the same thing. "This game will die when Madden comes out". "This game will die when NBA comes out". Now there is just a new game to add to that yearly list.
I hope NCAA is everything people are wanting in a football game and that they play it to their hearts content. Either way I will be happy when it's release date has come and gone so that the disgruntled can stop using it as some upcoming boogeyman.
I agree with you. I have no problem playing two, overwhelmingly time intensive, games like NCAA and MLBTS. Like you, I've also stopped playing MLBTS as much as years past. I think it's just OP's way of letting out his frustrations that the game doesn't have the longevity it should. Shoot, even RTTS and MTO feel more stale than previous years.
I think the last year I had was NCAA 2012. That was before ultimate team came out. I'd play Dynasty for hours. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm sure I'll spend more time on there than here. I will, however, still play MLBTS. Heck, the lack of content will make it easier. Just to entice you, they will probably have more Mizzou cards than the Show has Cardinal cards. Go Tigers?

It's possible you have the cornerstone cards player on a team, which is why it's not showing up. Just to be sure, you can check your collection. The one you currently have would be visible and the other 3 will not even if you collected them.

I just didn't see anything as hitting hard, because their arguments were so weak.

I think the most common complaint was people wanted slightly better 99 cards. I miss that. I was even ok with 22.

There's the difference. I plan out what order, what I want, and the best way to accomplish my goals. I assume most do that. It's easy to miss something or take longer to achieve what you're doing with not planning. I get weekly infusions every Friday, haven't felt up to playing this weekend. So, I've only played a few conquest games. Another reason XP caps upset me.
