@datnickdogg351_PSN To be fair it's not that hard for some people, others its impossible. Easy solution would be to turn down the sliders on older showdowns for those that have chronic health issues like age lol. They have been out long enough just throw your customer base a bone SDS.

@Th3_Th1n_M4n-o_0_PSN well im 46 and have no issues doing anything in the game.. so I don't know what age has anything to do with it..I read the OP said he has trouble seeing. that is understandable.. But he was voicing his frustration more as to say he couldn't do it because it to hard for him..

@datnickdogg351_PSN Oh I'm right there with you, mid 40s with bad eyesight and arthritis and there is definitely a point where I hit a wall on what I can do. Some of that is skill and some of it is physical limitations and I'm sure I'm nowhere near the bottom of the spectrum of the player base on this. Old age is just a catch all of all the extra roadblocks that aren't in the game for most of the players, I'm just saying ok cool make it hard to get for the collections but after so long don't alienate the rest of them. There has to be a point where the rewards for showdown isn't top of the line anymore and should be more accessible for everyone. Or just make them sellable like someone else had mentioned.

@Teak2112_MLBTS That is the easiest solution and I don't understand why they refuse to. EVERY showdown, conquest, mini-season, etc. card should be sellable. It is just stupid trying to force people to play modes they hate.

I had spinal surgery when I was 46, that was due to degeneration caused by age. I currently have no tactile feel in my right thumb, and reduced dexterity and feeling in the rest of my hands because of it. Add the osteoarthritis and my hands suck...and I'm still not even 50. Go figure, age affects people differently. I think that would be a good idea to scale back the sliders from earlier showdowns. I'll never get Rolen or Williams because I can't beat the NBL or spring breakout showdowns. He saw a problem and put out a solution. Age is usually the cause to lot of problems like vision. The trifocal bottle lenses of my glasses--that I didn't have to wear when I was younger--told me that.

I’ve been playing The Show for 5 years now. Each year, my goal is to field an all 99 team and to finish as many Collections as possible. (Anything strictly online I’m not concerned about).
I don’t spend any additional money, just play the game casually and not efficiently.
Between the nerfed PXP on “vs CPU” and the low pull rates for high LS cards keeping prices very high, the task of “finishing” (for me) looks daunting.
Usually by now, I’ve found something to flip, but that too appears to be nerfed this year.
It’s early (and hopefully SDS starts making things more “straightforward “), but not being able to “finish” will certainly make my decision to continue with The Show on the table next year.

Lol I'm on a pack and play run this year, I have zero change of getting ted but so far I haven't cared about the collections because neither will make a spot on my end game team

I love the people who show no empathy on here. I’m currently playing the show with one eye. I had Retina reattachment surgery and have an oil bubble in my one eye until at least August. It has made getting above WS nearly impossible for me, but I still enjoy the game. Some modes I don’t mess with because of the difficulty in hitting consistently with precision. I like the suggestion of making the cards sellable and repeatable for folks. It hasn’t locked the dq cards up or ruined the market in that mode. How much of an impact could doing the same thing to showdown have?

I’m in the same boat. It’s not motivating me to play more or spend money at this point. It’s pushing me to walk away and I hate that.
