One other option is to turn the pci off. Sounds crazy but sometimes when I slump it’s because my eyes are getting distracted by the pci and I don’t focus on the ball. There are some pitchers on legend where I will turn it off no matter how I’m playing so I can really focus in on release.
I have done this and it absolutely works.
I turn the outer and inner rings to fade and it made a big difference. Sometimes just that split second of the PCI blocking the ball messes up the timing. I also switch my preferred camera angle for a couple games and when you switch back it looks fresh again. Seeing the same camera angle and doing the same bad habit over and over again is tough to turn around on its own.
