What are you hoping for in DD reveal
  • BnK-24_PSNB BnK-24_PSN

Id like a smooth slow power creep honestly. I am not a fan of a ton of 99s by July. By the time finest come out we have been playing with 99s for 3 months.

  • BnK-24_PSNB BnK-24_PSN

I may not be in the majority on this but a little worried about the power creep structure this year. Seeing a 90 ovr WBC card that can be pxp’d to 95 day 1 doesn’t seem right. The game gets so stale once 99s come out daily/weekly which was early July last year. It doesn’t really keep me playing until Oct Nov. Seeing these 85 TA jolt series are going to be useless in a few weeks. Am I thinking about this power creep wrong?

  • Slow down the power creep!

Agreed. 95% of the live series cards are useless when this game launches.. Why?! I get we need them in the game for the collections but what’s the point when no one will play with them. Sure we have pxp but when there is already a base 90 for the WBC, that card can essentially be a 95. SDS must have metrics on player engagements with a faster power creep but I don’t like it. I am in that group that once 99s get flooded (early July) the game is so stale afterwards. You can only adjust so many attributes of a 99 player but in reality they are all the same. There hasn’t been a solid power creep in years. They tried resetting every 3 months with sets and season but that was dumb since you couldn’t even use the cards you acquired. I miss the days when in the first couple weeks an 85 was high.

  • Why Are You Forcing Your Players to Pitch From the Stretch in 26?
  • BnK-24_PSNB BnK-24_PSN

I am really thankful they implemented this. I would purposely not use players with a long wind up, it was just a waste of time. The games will feel and be slightly faster which is a positive for ranked play. I guess I just don’t see the negative side to this. Why would I want to wait 2-3 more seconds for every pitch.

I say keep holding your stubs. Don’t buy any of the diamonds in live series yet or any of the WBC cards since there could be more WBC packs (maybe in the conquest that drops today). Prices will drop and to finish the live series you will need Judge and Ohtani. Just keep building your stub balance and obviously sell any duplicates you get from packs. And don’t buy packs just open the packs you get for free from playing the game. It’s a grind but you will get there.

Fair. The LS Collection 99 and Division reward cards are always fine. There’s a lot of work or CC purchases to obtain those. Just hoping 99s aren’t super early. It gets stale.
