In regards to face scans, this company only cares about adding and modifying certain teams. Want an example? Check the WhiteSox and Rockies 
Forget prospects, how about adding dudes who been in the league for years like Jacob Latz or Josh Smith for Texas. So many players who were in the bigs got scans after they leave certain teams like Cole Ragans.

They have failed 3 times to get him added. It always comes out as the glitch default bug face. Comical at this point.
They take years to add Rangers players in the game and when they do, can’t do it correctly.
It’s actually the 3rd update they’ve tried to add him.
Go figure every other person scanned in with no issues.
