Nobody here is going to be able to give you a definitive answer. Your best bet is to contact SDS by using the Support link in the upper right of this forum, use the option for an account issue and ask for a specific reason as you don't feel you did anything against the terms.

Ask politely and nicely because I can say as a person who worked in IT tech support for decades that I was always more likely to try a little harder when people were nice.

Not necessarily. I have had experiences with SDS when I have asked for an explanation and never got one. They do not have the best Customer Service in my opinion and from my experience.

SDS ban system is flawed and you would think with the amount of money they make, it would be better. I was banned last year for Market manipulation etc for selling a pair of cheats that I got from grinding RTTS. They claim you can appeal it but in the same breath say that all bans are non negotiatable.
