What is the highest rated Treinin card in MLBTS history? I don't remember seeing any cards of his aside from his live series. I think a 97-99 rated Blake Treinin could be a wonderful bullpen/8th inning staple.
His velocity is really good, and has a lot of downward angle.
Perhaps a Topps Now spot?

Hello! I hope you're all doing well! I haven't been on this board in months, but I'm happy with the news of a 2022 MLB The Show. I've been playing RTTS on MLBTS 2020 this year.
For the new cover, I think a legend player could be a good idea given what's going on in baseball right now.

I've had 5 conact swing home runs in the past 2 weeks. They've all been at the spring training ballparks versus the CPU-controlled live series teams, in Diamond Dynasty in 9 inning games, on legend difficulty. I use normal swing for hall-of-fame difficulty. Power swing has generally been too difficlt for me.
Has anyone else noticed more contact swing home runs in this year's game?
The players I used were live series Jake Cronenworth, 91 Jasson Dominguez, 91 Dexter Fowler, 84 Lewin Diaz, live series Vlad Guerrero Jr. (today), and 84 Keibert Ruiz.

Yes it is….it was far worse before and they supposedly patched it.
Okay, well that sounds good, thank you! I just had another one a few minutes ago with a Chris Taylor card, a 97 I think.

I would recommend starting with doing a bunch of the topps now moments. Most are fairly easy and dont take that long to complete. Some of the topps now cards are pretty good too. I would probably start with the most recent ones and work my way backwards. I would also do some of the player programs if any of those cards interest you as well as some team affinity. It may take you a few days of grinding but you will have a team of all diamond cards in no time. Plus, gain some stubs and packs along the way.
I enjoyed the Topps Now Ji-Man Choi as a switch hitter in last year's game.

I just figured it out, I think. I'm pretty sure the card images can be moved and substituted, but not on the side where the names appear in the lineup.
Hello! I hope you're all doing well! I just started a Diamond Dynasty team. I was playing RTTS before. I bought a small amount of stubs, and I've been looking at the player market for different player attributes. In the team screen, I do not see options to substitute or move hitters already in the starting lineup. It only gives me that option for pitchers.
Does anyone know if there's some kind of setting that I need to change? If so, where can I find it? Any feedback and help would be appreciated! Take care!
I personally think that higher durability could likely make a player more successful and consistent throughout a longer season. I also think that plate discipline could likely help "stick skills".
I would think that a lot of video game characters, specifically "build your own" characters, can be extremely sensitive. I also think there could be things about attributes that we don't necessarily know yet.
Does anyone have thoughts about this? Take care!
I'm wondering if there will be 3 NL West teams in the postseason. I think it could be fun to see.
I think the Yankees are making an effort to add balance with LHBs in Gallo and Rizzo. If Severino and Kluber come back and pitch well, including the new bats, the Yankees would probably stay in a lot more games than they did in the 1st half of the season.
Hello! I hope you're all doing well! I've noticed in older versions of MLBTS that as a season prolongs, RTTS hitters seem to have difficulty putting up good numbers if their durability is just major league average which I've heard is just under 70 points.
After the All-Star break, there seems to be a lot of PCI drops and pop-ups on the infield.
Does declining durability as a season wears on, combined with the tall task of keeping plate discipline at or above major league average, affect the smoothness of the PCI? In the 2nd half of each RTTS season, it almost seems like the L3 stick or controller needs to be replaced. The PCI kind of glitches out, shakes more and is more sensitive.
Has anyone else noticed this?

You earn the archetypes by completing the archetype programs...bronze programs award silver archetypes at 100...silver archetype program awards the gold archetypes...gold archetype programs award the diamond archetypes. There are paths for each gold/diamond archetype. None of these are salable nor earned in any other manner.

Hello! I have a pitcher with a silver or bronze "Painted Filth" archetype. The other 2 supporting perks are both diamond because I saw them available on the community market. I have not seen any archetypes on the community market. Am I looking in the wrong place? Any help would be appreciated. Take care!
