@Justillien Agreed. The funny thing is last week, there was someone defending the botched patch by saying we are responsible for it because we demanded a fix. Now, this BJDUBBYAH dude thinks SDS employees only work banker's hours!
The problem is, what are we going to do? Not play baseball? What's our alternative? We are like the players and are being forced to wear the Fanatics uniforms with see-through pants... We got nowhere to go...
@BJDUBBYAH The issue started at 10pm Pacific and if there is a serious issue, as a company, you have protocols in place. This isn't a mom & pop operation. It's a mutli-million dollar business that is tied to Sony and their obligations, to Microsoft, and to players outside of US.
You have people in place to monitor things 24/7, especially because money is involved. Do you think if they were being hacked and someone was freely opening packs, everyone would be allowed to have their regular sleep and wait for people to walk in at 8am before doing something about it?
@Victor_SDS This is really bad advice. As a product manager, I would never recommend "try this" for a massive screw up like this. This is not an official fix and if something goes wrong, you aren't guaranteeing someone that you will roll back their account to as it was before the issue. If your "try re-linking" does work and the official SDS fix rolls out putting everyone back at where they were before the issue, will you then put people back at their new progress because the re-linking worked?
You're not giving any clarity on what will happen under either situation and there are users, including me, that are stuck in the middle. Can we get a proper official response?
There was nothing official for the patch issue last week, either. Tell your higher ups that they need to communicate better. It's not much to ask.

He didn't see it early enough (cause you can't, it's totally unexpected and bizarre) and by the time he did, it was too late to throw across to get a 99 speed Hamilton. SDS needs to fix it already though it seems to happen randomly.
Hi there WarpedZilla, that was me you played. I agree... have no idea why Hamilton went to first on the first pitch. He wasn't hit by pitch. Yes, I did hit a homerun with Brian Roberts because I figured you would throw a high fastball to avoid a suicide squeeze and I was going to try and hit a fly ball. On my end the ball was in the PCI but on the high side. However, it really shouldn't have gone out or as far as it did.
Anyways, it something SDS needs to fix. I saw someone tag out the batter on a HBP yesterday. He was jogging to first and the catcher ran up and tagged him. I don't get it.
