@Victor_SDS This is really bad advice. As a product manager, I would never recommend "try this" for a massive screw up like this. This is not an official fix and if something goes wrong, you aren't guaranteeing someone that you will roll back their account to as it was before the issue. If your "try re-linking" does work and the official SDS fix rolls out putting everyone back at where they were before the issue, will you then put people back at their new progress because the re-linking worked?
You're not giving any clarity on what will happen under either situation and there are users, including me, that are stuck in the middle. Can we get a proper official response?
There was nothing official for the patch issue last week, either. Tell your higher ups that they need to communicate better. It's not much to ask.
