based on his selling price it looks like a lot of people anticipate him going diamond. he definitely deserves it.
I'd say high gold (83-84) or low diamond (85-86) are the most likely outcomes.

everyone who bought Belli when he was a 90+ diamond hates this thread

This is pure curiosity. In past versions of the show I would dive all the time in online play and make catches but this year is a different story.

The moments on rookie always give me trouble. It's the timing that throws you off. When you're so used to veteran/all star in these moments the one on rookie can really offset your groove.
My advice is to sit back a bit longer on pitches and power swing.
What about when you go like 25-30 with bichette with 24 singles when you need 3 XBH. What's the move?!
are you power swinging? I think the bigger PCI on normal swings leads to more line drives/singles.

Mattingly could be sneaky good... he has the bomber quirk. Especially since the only problem with him would be his power
edit* also i say this not having used him at all
I don’t believe quirks apply to players outside of live series.
I think that only applies to some quirks like the "excels at hitting fastballs" or "excels at hitting breaking balls".
I could be wrong

I was playing as good as I ever have for a while during the righty event, went like 30-5 at one point, had a 9 win BR for the first time, and was playing great in ranked. Then the southpaw event kicked in and I stopped being able to hit anything, anywhere for a week.
this sounds exactly like me lol

Judge, Manny, Griffey are my guesses.
Been dying for a 99 Judge for a while, would make sense since he wears 99. Manny wears 99. No idea about the 3rd so i threw Griffey in there,

I do think they expected people to use some LH pitchers. I agree with the commenter above me though... it's good practice and i have actually had decent luck against them so far.
-
the pitching moments with an innings limit are the most frustrating. give me 7Ks and dont allow 1 run or 10 ks 2 runs all day. But 6 IP and 4k requirement... shoot me.

Sorry the rest got cut off by accident.
Meant it would take longer to score 15-20 runs to get "show mercy" then to just finish game. IMO
It would be 5 runs per 3 inning game. Like any 5 run lead meaning 5-0 / 6-1 / 8-3 would allow you to "Show Mercy"

I doubt seriously any suggestions that can be Inception-ized down to "How can we get people to spend less time playing our game?" will get anywhere.
But good luck nonetheless...
You're probably right about it not getting anywhere but man would it save time on some of those conquest grinds.
-
I usually only play conquest to get stars for the featured programs. Most of the time I grind through it as fast as I can. Often times ill score a single run then just hit into outs on purpose to get the game over with faster. I thought of an idea called "Show Mercy" where if you score 5 runs or lead 5-0 you are given an option to "Show Mercy" and receive the win. It would be an optional choice like a "friendly quit' which you can decline and those who want to continue playing to grind innings or stats can simply just decline the choice.
That means that the game can theoretically end in the top of the 1st if you mash enough. Anyway, just a thought.

I've noticed a few new players were discovered in the past week: Finest Jose Ramirez, Eric Thames player of the month and postseason George Springer.
I thought these players were mistakenly released but it looks like in their locations they are acquired through the prestige XP program. Is this hidden? does anyone know more about this? other players to get, how to get them etc..
Anyone else striking out with BIAH?
