anyone else not get their thank you pack from the survey or the last scouting report pack? I tried opening a ticket a couple weeks ago but no response

I mean it kinda gets boring when none of the scouting report packs or even my thank you pack from the survey was delivered

Anyone else not get their drop packs from the stream

I tried to redeem them yesterday, didn't work. this stinks
