anyone else not get their thank you pack from the survey or the last scouting report pack? I tried opening a ticket a couple weeks ago but no response

I haven’t received a scouting pack all year. I opened a ticket when I didn’t get the April one then again for May and never heard back. I just gave up as customer service and satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority for SDS.

I have not gotten a scouting report pack either. I went to check and my account somehow wasn’t linked anymore, so go check that and relink if need to.
