I started a new RTTS player to work on a different position but my CAP in DD is still stuck at the previous position, am i missing something to get them to go to a different position?

Just bought the game yesterday, the menu UI is so bad and glad I'm not the only one with XP bugs, hopefully they fix it after server maintenance.

Since when was there a limit on the amount you could put up a card for sale for depending on the level of card? Wasn't it 1M for all cards last year?
From what I've seen it's 7.5k for a silver, 30k for a gold, 200k for a low diamond and 1M for a high diamond.
