Create sell order limit depending on level of card?

Since when was there a limit on the amount you could put up a card for sale for depending on the level of card? Wasn't it 1M for all cards last year?
From what I've seen it's 7.5k for a silver, 30k for a gold, 200k for a low diamond and 1M for a high diamond. -
