Bat Skins

Has anyone actually figured out how you get the different bat skins? I've gotten an RTTS guy to 99 and done 3 seasons and never gotten anything.

Not the anomaly, power, utility, etc. I haven't been able to find out where those are this year. People are clearly getting them, but no clue how.

I believe max out the perks on RTTS

I haven't done that on all of them yet. I've got 2 maxed out though.

That is only for specific ones like fire, ice, flames and maybe a couple others. There are others like anomaly, power, utility, and one or two others that are not in DD. You can't click on them and tab over to see where they are like you can on player cards either.
