Where are the Devs?

This is their site, they are supposed to be here letting us know what is going on with the game, answering questions and taking feedback so things can be corrected. This is getting ridiculous. Just lost a game because one of my innings opened up with an E4 and E6 (boots a DP ball that would have erased the first error which was a pop up bouncing off Albies head) in back to back plays, top 9 I am down 1 with two men on, swing at a hanging curveball, it goes THROUGH my bat, strikeout, I lose.

The devs posting here and answering questions is unfortunately a no win situation for them.
Collin is here and will respond to actual bugs but will not jump into every complaint thread about game play.

Actual issues arent "complaints", they are broken items that need to be fixed:
Fielding
Timing/results (if I look for an inside pitch and swing early on purpose, full well knowing I may look stupid on a slider, how is it still a late/jammed result? We all know that good/okay happens about 50% more than it should. How did I pull a ball or send it oppo with good timing? To pull or go oppo you have to be early/late.
Ball going through the bat
Pitches going nowhere near where you aimed them, sometimes going the opposite direction defying the laws of physics
Ball stays in the air too long
This game has been around for over 10 years, we shouldn't STILL be talking about these issues.

The devs can't reply to all the complaints on these forums, or else they wouldn't have time to work on those things that everyone complains about...
Listen, this is a f*cked up time we're all in right now. My guess is that there is essentially a skeleton crew working at SDS trying to fix the problems and work on the content at the same time. Everyone just needs to relax.

They can't reply to complaints from paying customers but they could send giphy photos. They are clearly just trolling us and stealing our money. What a horrible company. I am so glad they have been exposed through this MLB players tourney. The game is a dumpster fire.

They sent a gif referring to them always watching, why does that make them a horrible company?. There are 15,000 complaint posts a day on here, 95% are non sense and come after someone loses a game. Why would you ever take anything said by this community seriously after reading half of the posts on this forum?. One user literally posted about how great MTO was, only to post another thread about how sh!t the game was less than 30 minutes later, I don't blame Devs for not communicating with this community.

First off, they're not going to give you free juiced packs because you grease them. Secondly, they should get rid of the forum if there is no communication. Most other big franchises communicate with their player base. Whether it's their Twitter or their own public forums. This company does neither. The only thing they post is about shiny new content and packs that cost money.
