These Future Star cards are just variations of Pepe on different teams. Nolan Gorman at single A last year had a slash line of .248/.326.439. That lead him to getting a 95 overall card with far better attributes than HoFer Eddie Mathews. These might have been ok being released in September/October, but in April it is a game ruining joke.

An Eddie Mathews we had to evolve might I add. Or risk waiting to get after tons of XP levels.
A guy who accumulated almost 100 WAR and 12 time all-star...
But this Nolan Gorman guy puts him to shame.
Enormous fail by the content team. This to me is a bigger fail than the stat grind of immortals in 2018 -

But they aren’t new. Last months prospects were new and received nicely. To make their next batch of content the same pool of players with boosted stats is very disappointing.

Am I missing something? Aren't Bohm and Madrigal the only repeats with boosted stats?

I just hope they have A LOT of 95+ new flashbacks and legends cards that we haven't seen coming soon as well! Otherwise, this is a big slap in the face to everyone! I have been a pretty good supporter of content, but this is not good. Baseball is an easy sport to have all stat driven attributes, fake attributes are no fun.

New cards based on guys who have actually taken a shower in a major league clubhouse are fine. Made up super cards for guys who sucked at single a are not. Might as well just make a 95ovr Ramone card, it would literally be just as close to reality as that Gorman.

I like the idea of these cards a lot, just wish the evolution programs would have been for these instead of the established legends; and make those programs have stages so the prospect progress to high diamond would have been gradual over the year. That way we still could have used and gotten to know them, but it would take time to evolve like a prospect generally does. (Of course as long as it didn't introduce an 18-type of grind again).

I cant wait for all the new cards. When they finally release the cards for the Serial Killer collection it will be sick! The forum questions of "Who is better at 3B, Sandberg or Jack the Ripper?" along with the inevitable "JaCk RiPs" responses.
I myself look forward to having HH Holmes, Mickey Mantle, and Ted Bundy in the outfield. Ed Kemper at 1B. 94 rated Charlie Manson at 2B. Ed Gein throwing literal knuckleballs. Hopefully we can unlock a home run throat slash gesture for some of them, or a "he murdered that pitch" audio unlock.
Anything they release that is new and free is great! None of those guys ever played a game in the majors either. I mean, it's just a video game and fantasy and all that.

Instead of complaining, have you tried changing to zone view and see if that improves your particular situation? Maybe go watch some YouTube videos from the top wipers to see how it's done?

It’s kinda hard to create new content when the game has been out for over a month and not a single game has been played. I think they’re making the most of what they have right now. They’re not gonna throw all the legends into the game now just bc there’s nothing else to release. If they did that, the legends towards the end of the game would be inflated, average players. There’s a reason they didn’t announce team affinity until now, bc they didn’t have a set preseason plan for every promo in the game. TA stage 2 was most likely gonna be each teams top performer from the first month, but can’t do that without games. And let’s be real, nobody wants to play a game that’s only legends and throwback players. And people complain when there’s not enough prospects and people are now complaining that there’s too many prospects. SDS can’t win bc you people will find something to complain about whatever they do. They can give us a free diamond pack and I’ll see posts on the forum saying “SDS is such garbage, I pulled Jose Ramirez.” Just give it a [censored] rest already
