Relievers in New event?

So if FOTF, Future stars, prospects, and commons are the only players allowed, does this mean the only reliever that isn't a common will be Adon from SF?

I like that prediction, but you would think if Alzolay gets the Cubs FS card, he’ll project as a starter. Personally, I’d love to see one for Brailyn Marquez, but that’s a reach.
