Probably some bunt dancing going on.
And you get to pick 2 out of 3 cards... Now just let one of those be Hendricks with his gem of an opener. Class is in session!
Try using the Challenge of the Week as batting practice. It’ll start you out on Rookie, then after enough base hits, continuously ramp up the difficulty until you reach Legend. This way you can see and feel the difference in pitch speeds and locations throughout the difficulty settings.
I hope for some compassion, but there is no doubt that we will see teams - in some way, shape or form - named after this unrelenting coronavirus, COVID-19, outbreak, or something of that nature. Or else we’ll see created players with that in their name.
Here’s hoping we can all just be kind and sympathetic to this ongoing situation in the world around us and avoid names like these, or at the very least report them as inappropriate if you see it.
@ComebackLogic said in How Long Before Most Batters Are Switch Hitters?:
Yeah but even though there are more switch hitters, they’re not Chipper Jones who had pop from both sides of the plate.
I’ve once had Chipper Jones step up to the plate and even he was no Chipper Jones who had pop from both sides of the plate. Haha

They might not be the Oakland Athletics for very long.
Can you say Portland or Nashville? Or at least those have been two long-rumored expansion cities...
Run It Back will be a brand new showdown and conquest map with a big reward at the end, along with 15 new flashback and legend cards, which they’ll start revealing next week... Quoted directly from the livestream earlier today.
@baracesilk_psn said in How far away are you from Mookie?:
Quick question!!! How do you get the older Monthly Awards from previous years? I have collected every "current" monthly and even have 1 or 2 of the previous years but I have no idea how I got them and how I get the remaining like 4 or 5.
A few of the gold monthly cards from previous years were available in the gold choice packs you get as a part of the BR program. You can usually still select them if you grind for and open those packs.

@nwbearcat29_mlbts said in Don't know shat you've got til' it's gone: Signature Series Adam Wainwright: The way he's pitching it's hard to see him hanging it up but his Signiature Series card had a cult following last year. Signature Series Yadier Molina: Heck, he might give Julio Franco a run for his money on longevity but this would be a popular card and we're hitting the dog days of summer. 2018 Second Half Matt Carpenter: Marp is almost certainly done after 2021 so it's now or never. Let's get that salsa going! Those would be my homer picks as well. I have been using the Wainwright relief card as my closer since it came out. I was disappointed there was no Topps Now acknowledgement for his Maddux game last week. I honestly could see both Wainwright and Molina back next year if they are both willing to have team friendly contracts

They are always a week behind when it comes to the Topps Now cards. So if Wainwright were to get one, it would drop this Friday.
Sh*t happens.
John Smoltz has some catching up to do…

Kluber in the May Monthly program.
I'm not at my house rn. What overall and who are the others in it? (besides Semien)
88 Austin Meadows 89 Jesse Winker 90 Brandon Crawford 91 Ryan Tepera 91 Ramon Laureano 92 Corey Kluber 93 José Abreu 94 Zack Wheeler 96 Marcus Semien
@lewisnadasurf1_psn said in Semien is May POTM:
I wonder what the other cards will be. I need someone else to replace Burnes who just gets lit up nowadays!
Tepera was the Reliever of the Month. Might be a chance of him being a lower tier POTM card. In terms of SP, probably a solid bet at getting Gausman.
