Fielding, fielding, fielding

Just experienced my worst lock on error yet. Championship series game in the 12th tied 1-1 (right after I hit a good good ball to the wall with tatis that would've ended the game if it left), sinking liner to ketel marte in right to end the inning and he doesnt lock on, ball rolls to the wall and its 3-1 and I end up losing. Just completely demoralizing. Not even where I wanna break a controller its more just depressing. Invest so much time into a game just to fail you over something you cannot control. Should I even mention I went 0-4 on perfect perfects.

I'm really hopeful that we get a patch this week. It seems like a good time. It's been a couple weeks, the players tournament is going on with plenty of complaints, the tweet they had last week saying they're working on fielding and then the second stage of affinity coming out on Friday.

I had mantle let one hit his knee, today, have video. A lazy fly ball he was jogging to casually, put glove up to start catch animation and it just hit his knee. Two outs in inning, I WAS ahead by one run, he scored two here..... guess who didn’t win

Gwynn let a ball bounce off his head today......... in the 7th inning.... with the bases loaded........ when I was winning by one run.... with two outs.

I think I'm going to stay out of ranked until it's fixed.

Yeah probably smart but what else is there to do for someone that only really enjoys ranked. What a shat show this game is right now

Yesterday I was up 3-2 in the 9th inning. He grounded it to 99 Larkin at short. Larkin then proceeded to throw the ball ten feet over my 2nd baseman's head. 9 innings with no errors but the last out. The same happens in another game where I was up and again had an error in the 9th inning

Weird we all experienced it w two outs, and the lead late in game ???? And with elite fielders I believe they are all gold shields

I've seen the infielders run over a ground ball and not field it a lot recently. I've played a mix of conquest, BR and RS and there definitely seems like more issues in BR and RS games. Not to say there aren't issues in conquest, but you see them more often in BR and RS.

I started the Yankees MTO yesterday second game was a beat the Jays for first win at home. All good until the last batter of the 9th and that's when Guerrero hits a ball from his feet to the wall and I go sprinting with my center fielder, get there and what do you think happened? that's right, it bounces off his head and instead of picking up the ball he just stands there frozen with me mashing on the button to throw home. Guerrero inside the park home run. I lost the game by 1 run.

Fielding is like Russian roulette this year. Pitch and hold your breath that your outfielder locks on if it's a critical situation chances are they won't.

I mean, on his example, kinda his fault for not using throwing meter. He is giving the game control over throws, which means more RNG.

I’ve played 10 games on ranked, I’m 8-2 and I won’t do it again till they fix it. First lose was connection to the show dropped, second lose was a ball flying between my glove and face.

I’ve been playing conquest and MTO. Would really like to play competitive online this year but that fielding will make me uninstall the game. I get it errors happen but holy [censored] some of the stuff I’ve seen online is embarrassing.

Yeah, every time I play a BR or RS games, I last only a few games and then I want to go back to something else. (Even though I have a decent record overall in RS).

I hit my limit today. It’s the hitting that is annoying me. Good squared , perfect perfect outs. Opponents good okays, later okays, early rolled over hits. It’s a debacle and SDs needs to fix this broken mess
