You did not entirely square that ball up and Edgar has mid 80's power...
Care to explain this one then?
Not worth my time to even watch it.

Reading the family and friends of SDS defend posts is hilarious.
These are becoming just as bad and annoying as the “get gud” trolls ive seen you complain about. I gave him logic and valid reasons for both his videos and even included my own video of bad gameplay. Not defending SDS just calling out bs when I see it.
Perfect perfect line outs and jammed late hits. Games broken not attacking you. games broken
No. It's not. Your expectations suck.

You family or friend wont lose their job at SDS calm down kitten
No...your expectations are garbage. Has nothing to do with SDS. This game is not perfect, but you're complaining about a line drive getting caught and a jammed hit falling in. That stuff happens. Often. It's a part of the game. You have unrealistic expectations, because, like the idiot you are, you assume that it's how hard you hit a ball that should be rewarded, when that really isn't it at all.
There are far more factors involved than bat to ball. The ball is spinning and moving. There is wind. Swing plane direction. Bat speed. Pitch speed. The angle from the pitcher's delivery point. Air density. These are all factors. You and your ilk say things like that shouldn't matter and that only input matters. Well, input matters...along with all of these other factors. That's why over 40% of the time when Mike Trout squares up a pitch, it ends up in a fielder's glove. Because there is no reward simply for squaring up a pitch. It only increases the chances of getting a base hit.
This again...has nothing to do with SDS...except maybe that they did a far better job than you can comprehend...mostly because you're stupid.
Once again, that's not to say there are no flaws. There are plenty of flaws in this game. Fielding anywhere close to the wall in the outfield is extremely frustrating. It's just annoying to watch the same people with the same "complaints" (they're not really complaints...just misguided whining) getting mad about something when they won't consider anything except when they swung and where they think they placed the PCI.

Hang on...are you serious? I can't tell if you're joking or not...The location of that pitch would've forced the bat to hit the ball at a completely different angle, plus it was outside, so it was more likely to go opposite field, and it went out because it didn't have to travel as far as the first one. My god people, do we seriously not understand a thing about physical science?

Honestly, people put wayyyyy to much emphasis on feedback.
I had a perfect/perfect come up on a pitch I fouled off. I knew I was way early on it. When play resumed, it showed early/ok which is what it should’ve been

Defender? I posted a video showing how bad the feedback is. I understand you want to feel important and contribute some way but do so using actual facts or opinions that pertain to the topic and not just recycle some cliche you’ve heard the other popular kids use on here.

This is what I am getting at. The feedback does not match the result. Weird things happen in baseball, we know this. But too many weird things happen in this game, esp relating to hitting. If SDS can't accurately replicate a feedback system to a result then they should remove it entirely.
People bitched nonstop last year about good/squared up line outs. How is this any different? Perhaps the feedback didnt accurately reflect what the result was and which led them into thinking they had a perfect result when they really did not.
Either have feedback mean something or just remove it IMO.
-
I really dont know why everything had to descend into a name calling contest (except for those who are actual trolls lol).
Everyone seems to think they are always right about something. I fully concede I not great at this game but I try to use FEEDBACK as a way of getting better. Just as I have always done in school, career, sports, relationships. If the feedback is inaccurate to the result then get rid of the feedback.
I got a good/good on a ball where was completely outside of the feedback. I actually think it might have been a HR - will have to go back and look.

I only watched the initial video, but that was definitely not ideal placement. The pci size is massive, but that’s not centered up. I don’t think there’s an issue with the result of your swing.

The issue I have is the good/good. Clearly it was not good/good and I'm ok with that but the game either needs to give accurate feedback or get rid of it IMO.

The inaccurate feedback comes from the pci being the size of the whole strike zone. It’s extremely inconsistent. I’ve said this in numerous threads. HOF is the best difficulty to play because of the pci size. It’s extremely consistent.

The game is not broken. They patched it to make this happen more often, so I take that to mean this is how it is intended to be. FWIW.

How about these two: https://youtu.be/R2ivcsAHYa0
Again, the issue for me is not the result. The issue for me is the feedback not matching the result.
