Long time show players...

I'm 39, partially blind in my right eye and most days have a hard time using most of my right arm and hand.

Ok so question. Since 13’ I usually see slight gradual progression as a player. I think that is what keeps me coming back. “The payoff”. No one wants to regress after playing countless amounts of hours.
I did skip 19’ but this year I think I’m past my peak and on the decline. Mb it’s age (38) Mb it’s playing on a 20 ms TV
Anyone else feel this way? I thought skill gap was gonna be awarded more then ever this yr but out of the blue here comes 13 yr old Bobby Hill who hasn’t played the show before this year destroying me with the bat. What skill gap?
My pride use to be in pitching but that is lost now also
I just hope the compassion for 21’ on PS5 debut is still there next March, LIKE IT WAS this yr before launch!
Who else is declining ️? I don’t wanna play RS till decently patched with all the *^%#^ I’m seeing
It’s the tv man. The way the game is a monitor is king

I thought I was safe reaching 700 season 1, so you must reach 800 to fall to 700 is that correct?
Yup. That’s why I didn’t make a push for WS last season. I was to close to falling back into DS. So I stayed in the 800s to start higher. This season though I lost like 5 games in a row and disconnected once. So I have a lot of grinding in all star hell to get back up. Won my last two though.
If you find yourself losing games, a simple thing that helps me that I find myself not doing is taking some pitches. At least get their starters pitch count up a bit. Then swing for the fences.
And as far as pitching goes, it’s [censored] near impossible in all star difficulty. It’s not you getting worse. It’s just that hard to pitch in all star

you guys all need some impact veteran cards for yourselves I'm 23 and already see myself reacting slower

Definitely wish that I had done that last season. I made a push for it when I got over 800 and ended up having connection errors in a few games in a row so dropped down to 700-something. Now I’m sitting in All-Star and over 1/3 of all hits given up so far have been bombs. All-Star is unplayable. RNG gods must not be happy with me lately haha

If you're older try gunnar glasses, seriously reduces eye strain.

Hell, I'm 60. How do you think I feel getting beat by kids a third of my age on a regular basis? LMAO

I’m 36. This is my first year of decline. I can’t see fastballs. Bought a monitor over the weekend. Did not help at all. I’m so lost. This is supposed to be the time of the year I kick [censored] in baseball. Now I’m thinking of possibly going back to nba 2k or finding a new game. It’s hitting the point I’m biting my controller in frustration

Shouldn't feel to bad. That'll be like MJ or some other retired athlete trying to play their sport a like 50 or 60. They might do ok but they'd most likely get owned
