Is anyone sure what the XP cap is for like a day?

I usually get stopped around 13 levels

Dumb question but what is the best way to grind XP and what's the best way to grind inning prestige. Just new to the game and wanted to ask people a lot smarter than I.

Is there actually a cap? Has this always been a thing? I’ve never heard of this

Showdown or Home Run Derby, Home Run Derby is the best, depends on how much you want it really
