Having serious trouble with final Zimmerman mission

Usually don’t have problems with challenges like this, but this ones giving me fits. Typically hit with Zone, and I’ve tried that and directional. Spent the last two days on this. Any tips/advice, greatly appreciated.

Just finished this mission to complete them. Didnt get the card, I'm guessing there's a bug?

It is a program. There is more to do than just Moments. There are missions if you check the program screen.
