High speed HDMI cables make a difference?

Seems like a silly question but wondering if one might see an improvement in framerate issues by using high speed HDMI cables?

No. The cable either works or it doesn't. It will not impact framerate.

Hmm not necessarily, if the dude has a PS4 Pro with a 4K TV and is using an HDMI 1.2 cable then he will be capped at 30 frames at 4K :). lol, yes I'm that guy . HDMI 1.4 is what you need for 60 frames, or better yet just get HDMI 2.0 and you're good for the next generation of resolutions..that's it, carry on casual noobs you've had your lesson for the day.
