Beginner Help

Never had a Playstation and I have never even played a baseball video game in my life. Been a Madden Player for years but got done with EA and their garbage so I've taken my talents to the The Show. Can anyone please explain some of the Ins and Outs of Diamond Dynasty and tell me what I need to do.
