What's your plan post Finest/Final Collection?
-
I will do my yearly post World Series content activities: Sell all my boss packs before the 10th inning, open however many Show, Ballin, Twitch, Headliner and Deluxe packs I have accumulated on December 24th, complete the live series collection, and complete the other collections. Then I'll just play the Forever Event

Thanks for the replies, lads.
For those who play on, I hope you can continue enjoying it, and for those who step away, I hope you can find another game to fill the void.
-
Im going to continue to try and collect every card. This year was such a mess I just cant justify spending another $100 to get the same game with lipstick on a pig again. There are other games I can play an
d this one fills enough of a void to get my baseball fix but I've had enough of SDS and their lazy approach. -
I'll check in and see if the Finest content is interesting, but 21-25 are still running so I see no reason to play an inferior version of the game once the new content is done.
-
Just to enjoy whatever content there is and try some of new finest cards. Always fun. Cheers!

I’m “that guy” who looks forward to Forever Moonshot. I usually play regularly until the end of the year and then “stay warm” Jan-March with BP every few days.
-
Play like normal. I've got some stuff I haven't gotten done yet, so I could finish that up. Maybe run through miniseasons with theme teams (much funner when Captains were actually a thing).
But honestly, a lot of GTA VI.
-
I usually play into late January, then take a break away.
I have NHL HUT to pick up the sports slack until '27 hopefully releases.
I also always buy 2K hoops when on sale in November, but only really play REC room games. -
Madden drops cards up until the new game drops. Would it really be that hard for them to sprinkle in an event reward card or ranked reward every couple weeks until the new game.
Endless possibilities for cards with out of position, etc…

As we enter what most consider endgame content this weekend, i'm interested to see what our regulars plans are post this weekends Finest/Final Collection drops.
Are you done?
Will you continue playing like you have?
Will you play far more sporadically going forward?Hopefully this doesn't devolve into judgements about peoples choices because it's your game and your time.
GTA6 comes out in 16 days, after that comes out i'm done with the Show.

I plan on playing that too but I will need to see how big it is and how much stuff there is to do in single player before I say it will keep me going through the end of the year.

I’m looking forward to the new Ocarina of Time. I was in elementary school when that came out, and I needed my dad and older brother to help me beat it, but it’s a core memory of just enjoying video games with my family. Now I have a kid almost the same age I was who I’ll get to share that with in a few days.
After that I’ll still play this game when I need my sports/baseball fix. But I’m really hoping the new Ocarina of Time game clicks with my kid and he wants more. Would give me a reason to bust out the Wii U for Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD.
