Diamond Quest

We haven’t had 1 Diamond Quest this year with team restrictions. The restrictions made the mode a lot more challenging and fun.
Idk if it’s just been overlooked because of the mobile game or if the devs are just incompetent/lazy. Why even have the mode if you’re not going to use it to its full potential

Events also have basically no restrictions (use any card from eight different series!) - SDS is scared to death that restrictions of any kind will anger the "let me play how I want!" crowd

Waiy DQ had roster restrictions? I though that was only a mini season thing.

@Dolenz_PSN it’s supposed to they just don’t do it, it’s weird to have a mode designed to have restrictions to make it more challenging and they never add them lol

This has been going on for years - they dont put any interesting restrictions on anything.
Everything is just - hey, play with your god squad again! Team building is the most fun thing about DD for me - and youre given no reason to do it after your main team is pretty much built (which is pretty early)

They should incentivize playing with a different squad but it should not be required.
My problems in past years was that with the semi limited time that I spent with the game I almost never got a chance to play with the players that I wanted. I was always replacing the with player of the month cards and cards for players and from teams I did not care about.
There are still some programs that require pxp with a specific subset of players that you won't finish by using your god squad. There are programs I won't finish because of that.

Team restrictions coupled with the perk system makes it more of a fun challenge. Anybody can load up a god squad and just beat the
out of the cpu
