Well, I won't guess and I am too lazy to have ChatGPT search through all the players for matching names.
Cal would definitely not be surprising being a switch hitting catcher with power but he has a 98.
Ted Simmons also fits the mask, is also a switch-hitting catcher, and he only has a 96.

nvm, just saw babe ruth is a exclusive 1 million stub card. i will never have that card. To play with babe ruth, youll need either 600k stubs for a 93 overall or a million stubs for his 99 overall

So sick of weekend classic, by the 5th inning it serves no purpose, rather just play regular ranked than 6 boring weekend classic games.

Its just frustrating how many of the actually cool legend cards are locked behind headliners, chase cards, collections, and weekend classic. I know all of this is because money and has been there in the past, but I feel that the balance is off this year compared to other years.

I’m disappointed this is where they put Babe Ruth. I wish him and Zobrist were swapped. People are gonna want that card and you have no way of grinding for it. It’s a “skill” or 1 million stubs. Rollins and Miz fit that better as would have Zobrist.

They should have had a mid 90s version of him in the interim. That way if you can't earn him or afford him you have a version that, while not as good, is passable once you get it to P5.
I mean it's a joke that Cal Raleigh should have a live series and 3 flashback cards while Babe Ruth will only get two cards this year total.

Could be. It is still ridiculously expensive for a 92 OVR. 459K stubs for buy now.

I agree. I added up the stubs I needed to get Zobrist it's 2.8 million stubs. That's with 14 or 15 vouchers completed. I have around 2.9 million stubs saved. Zobrist is definitely not worth it to me. Now, on the other hand if it were this Ruth card, fluck yeah, I'd spend all my stubs for that card, although I can go ahead and purchase it now and it would be cheaper. It makes zero sense Zobrist being that expensive and yet that amazing Ruth card is a million stubs.

Has anyone played with the John Don yet? Is he slightly neutered this year?
And yeah, that Babe card requires you to be really good, play ranked a lot....and even then, to be very lucky. Thats a bit much.
