I just watched 3 innings of the grand finale and watched three full innings of changeups being thrown by both players lol. Anyone think SDS even cares? Between the lying the company has done about gameplay ( pci shrinkage ) and them banning their player base because they do not know how to control bots I hope they lose the rights to make the game so a competent company actually puts out a decent product.

Sadly, there is only two companies that have the wherewithal to produce a AAA baseball game. We all know which ones.
As much as you might get a decent game, you'd get a full-on pay-to-win cash grab.
If you think the need for stubs is bad now, imagine when every single thing cost stubs and the only way to get them was to buy. The other alternative is DD becomes the only mode with any weight. Franchise and RTTS would become even lesser modes than they are now.
Be careful what you wish for.

@StinkyMcPooter_XBL I play the other games from the other companies and I wish for it. I know exactly what I’m wishing for. I would rather play a pay to win game then a game where a company lies to there community and bans there community. Do you realize they flew out pitching rebel to commentate the tourney. Pitching rebel sells private lessons on how to flip the market. He profits from it. The same people that paid for those lessons that he made money from got banned. But for him no ban then they rub it in everyone’s face by rewarding him flying him out to SDS. Now to be clear what Rebel does and what the majority of people did is not wrong they just flip the market but since this company could not figure out a way to control bots they ban everyone except him by the way. So yeah I’ll take a pay to win game any day of the week over a company that thinks so little of their community

But none of that matters to 99% of the player base. I don't care if there are cheaters. I don't care if cheaters are getting banned. I don't cheat. I don't play the modes that interact with cheaters.
My only concern is there is a decent, playable game in a mode that I use, and I don't have to use some kind of VC to play that mode.
