Well, I do have everyone besides the Pujols Collection card, this Ozzie card and Edman (because I never needed him).
But is was a struggle to get there and I have no sellable diamonds in my inventory except Cardinal Cards at this point.

On one hand, I love that we are getting so many good Cardinals. Most of the time, I just use my Carpenter/Lee boosted team in ranked, and I have more than enough stubs to get these expensive cards when they are released. But at this point, it has to be some type of joke that there are so many Cardinals chase cards.

How are they putting so many cardinals in Chase packs, also another speedy SS switch hitter after we got like 5 in pipeline AND Rollins ?

now that Ozzie has power. let’s make Bruce Sutter more like Rollie Fingers, they’re similar pitchers, Rollie has that sinker, but why have Bruce in the game and not make him usable. let’s finally give JR Richard a change up.

People seem fixated on Ozzie having power. You do realize that this card is specifically for a NLCS series where he hit a walk off homer in game 5 and also had a triple in that series.
Do we also realize that Ozzie still has less power than the Detroit rookie who got a Topps Now card a few weeks back for his first HR.
We have double standards. We want and expect live series players to get juiced up cards if the player did well in a single field of dreams game but roll our eyes at Ozzie getting some power for an iconic home run that also gave us the iconic Jack Buck line Go Crazy folks.

@Dolenz_PSN agreed, legends should be the most juiced. Make them useable. Not cool that several pipeline players who have never played a big league game have better stats than Ozzie. Made, Willits, Leo, even the joshua guy. Also all switch hitting speedy SS’s w elite D, but they are more versatile w secondary’s and waaaaaay more pop. Ozzie should be 80+ power both sides, I’d be fine w close to 90 or 90’s too

Agreed with Dolenz, certain players (take Dustin Pedroia for example), who arguably had a better season in 2011 than his 2008 campaign, could legitimately have cards with 110+ contact, 100+ power, 85+ speed, 90+ defense. All depends on the timeframe they cover. Ozzie was a menace for that card series. Would love to have Arozarena 2020 playoffs card

@TheJeweledLotus_PSN I’m cool with legends getting better stats but Ozzie smith power shouldn’t ever be high for a guy with less than 30 homeruns in a 19yr career

@ApolloZ_99_MLBTS the prospects have hit zero all time, Ozzie card based on NLCS mvp where he had a classic walk off homerun. He could be high 80’s on power, both sides.

@TheJeweledLotus_PSN so why not just lower the prospects power? I agree that some prospects shouldn’t be rated where they are. But Ozzie smith shouldn’t have high power. His whole career was about contact otherwise players like Luis arraez have to get high power.

Diamond Dynasty doesn't replicate real life player ratings. Should Jeff McNeil and Alec Bohm have Stan Musial-esque hitter stats? Of course not. The majority of these Topps Now 90+ overall cards (and guys like Joshua Baez) are in reality 50ish overalls and some are already back in Triple A. They just had a big debut game / at-bat. I could argue about the unrealistic nature of almost every card in the game. You just gotta accept that this meant to be more arcadish like MLB Blitz, not online rated or anytime type of a real baseball simulation.

It isn't a Career based card. It is an award card for the 1985 NLCS. One Series
If Luis arraez hit a walk off homerun in the Playoffs nobody would blink at him getting a card with more power. Shoot they would probably complain if it was only 74/80 power like Ozzie's. Not exactly earth-shattering power attributes.
In that Series
He was 10 for 23 for a .435 Average
He had a Double a Triple and a HR in that Series
3 Walks to only 1 Strikeout
and even a Stolen base
