Player's Weekend and Little League Classic Program?

Why is there nothing on the schedule for this? Why do we get multiple field of dreams stuff but nothing for the little league classic. Who is in charge of content for this game? There is so much content you could put out but you just don't.

Excellent point! Add this to the completely underwhelming SDS tribute to this year's hall of fame class and the "mail-it-in" philosophy at SDS is beyond question.
All this could be somewhat forgiven if the company actually kept the game code clean and at the peak of the technological peak. But, they haven't tried to do that in several years as well.
Then, add in the near total abandonment of the three customer game content modes (Stadium Creator, Logo Editor, and Uniform Creator) and one has the totality of how this once outstanding game title has atrophied to the point of humiliation.
Folks, I still have MLB 25 and 24 on my console. I barely play them anymore. Baseball is by far my favorite sport in real life. Hockey is number two. I've been primarily playing EA NHL 26, CFB 27, and Madden 27. Having a ball playing each. Madden has a bad reputation but they seem to have cleaned up a lot of the problems that their Superstar game mode suffered from. The code executes clean. NHL 26, CFB 27, and Madden 27 all features detailed immersion levels for your avatar player that puts what SDS has to shame.
It's really not even a close call any longer, and MLB The Show used to be the best by far. Those days are long gone!

I would guess Little League wants nothing to do with Diamond Dynasty.
Wasn't players weekend just bats this year? May be unpopular, but I think bat skins is the type of thing that belong in microtransactions and not in programs. Wouldn't be opposed to more incognito cards from the old players weekends though.

Well I am all for players weekend content and LL program the players weekend has become boring
I liked it better when the players put nicknames on jerseys

If the entirely irresponsible courts continue on their current path that may be reality. But, I think society has seen how insane things have gotten and this is getting reined in quickly.

The old Little League Baseball game for NES was elite. We need someone to bring that back!

I hope they bring back the special uniforms from 2018, and switch it up a little bit. Those were amazing.
