Error when selecting a card
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN it doesn't show any stubs and it's all cards. I feel like it's a sync type off error but it doesn't seem to resolve itself
-
@SupermansCousin_PSN you ever buy stubs from a third party?
-
No never. I'm a grinder I don't pay for stubs I play a ton and earn them
-
@SupermansCousin_PSN do you have a ten year old son?
-
Hopefully it’s just an app issue.
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN what kind of question is that? Why are you trying to get family/personal information out of me. What's your goal here?
-
@SupermansCousin_PSN another poster was banned for buying stubs and blamed it on his son. What you describe about your app issue seems like your account may be banned.
-
Well I have no idea why my account would be banned I've been playing since launch day and haven't done anything out of the norm
-
Also I think if there was a ban on my account I'd get a different error than "an error has occured"
-
Could mean you have weak cellular signal. Or you could have been banned especially since you don't see a stun total. Hopefully for you it's the former not the later.
-
I opened up a ticket and so far I got the canned uninstall and reinstall response haven't heard anything since then. I assume if it was a ban they would've told me but again I have nothing to be banned for. But I'm back home tomorrow and maybe logging in on my console will help it get back in sync

Wow - I can’t remember the last time I saw an attempt at making a joke backfire so hard. Hilarious. I wouldn’t blame him for reporting you lol. It was a harmless comment meant as a joke. It was funny.
To answer your question - hopefully op doesn’t think everyone here is a weird creep. The same happened to me earlier this year while I was out of town. It sounds like you’ve been shadow banned and they do not give a notice when it happens. I suspect when you get home your account will work fine on your game console and you’ve been restricted from using the app for 5-7 days. Since they’ve never acknowledged doing this, I can’t tell you exactly why it happens but I suspect it has something to do with using the app to make more transactions then usual - something that sounds totally normal for being out of town but still wanting to be connected to the game. You can file a support ticket but you won’t hear back until after your account starts working again. To recap - your account is fine and will work normally on console, but you have been restricted on the app and can’t use it for transaction for a week. There’s nothing else you can do about it at the moment and it sucks. This sounds like your first experience dealing with problems from this game - if you continue playing, it definitely won’t be your last. Go enjoy what’s left of your trip and drop a line if your game works fine when your home. -
Well I got home and tried playing on my console and a message comes up saying I was banned for stub transferring. I opened up a ticket and apparently the card "batter up" which I flipped because it had good margin while I was camping was the reason why. I'm escalating and getting an appeal as apparently I flipped the wrong card at the wrong time which I guess flagged my account but it's very disappointing, that I've been playing this game every year since 2006 and all it took was flipping one card and they're trying to ban me. I can't even get to road to the show while I work with them on getting this corrected it just loops the splash screen saying I'm banned for 3 years. I get they're trying to crack down on bots but come on get your facts right before you start banning your loyal players.
