Banned

TheRealJSpit_PSN I've put in over 1300 hours into this game according to my PlayStation I grind hard and earn my stubs I just want to talk to someone so they can review this and get this fixed. This is really frustrating and disappointing. If someone from SDS could just reach out I think this would be an easy no brainer to over turn. I just need someone to give me the time of day.
-
I'll try to get there attention.
Hey does anyone know why I am not able to purchase stubs through the console? I just got a random $500 deposited in my Zelle account and I figure it is a sign to buy Shohei and Judge. How do you purchase stubs the right way?
-
@SupermansCousin_PSN that’s 54 days of gameplay do you get paid for this.
-
@wingspan1985_PSN using hader or king is not even remotely close to break the TOS for personal gain.
-
Are the people who got banned starting over with a secondary user? Seems it wouldn't take long to field a good team.
Not if they buy stubs from a 3rd Party.

-
@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN What do you mean? It was a user ban not an IP ban.
-
@SupermansCousin_PSN if you get someone that will actually listen, I'd love to hear from them as well. I just think from experience and hearing from other people that it's just not going to happen. There are a couple of good guys on here that interact, but I think it was a bulk ban and anyone that in anyway transacted with a bot or 3rd party seller, knowingly or not, has been banned.
I do have access to view the market from the companion app and sort items, and there are still plenty of equipment items selling for 25k that you can buy for 12-15k... still allowing for the profit on the stubs.
-
@Apolloz_99_MLBTS No i know, I have just seen a lot of people comparing this to that situation, and downplaying the third party stub buying. In my eyes the stub buying from third parties are just as bad, it has really messed up the market. So I'm glad something was done but I still wish it was an IP ban as all these people are just jumping on to their alt accounts.
-
@TheRealJSpit_PSN just don’t think there is anyway to from them to know so they just banned every account that made above a certain amount in sales and time
-
@Apolloz_99_MLBTS no I work from home and have a job that requires a lot of waiting around. I filled that time with the show which is why I'm so frustrated over this ban
-
@SupermansCousin_PSN I cannot find a card called "Batter Up". What type of card is it?
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN sorry it was called "Hurry up Batter" it's an audio diamond unlockable
-
@SupermansCousin_PSN Okay yeah that was clearly a card used by the 3rd parties. I got lucky and decided I had enough stubs for the rest of the year around the begininng of August. Otherwise I probably would have been caught up in this. Hope you get it resolved.
-
@theBlindRhino_PSN I guess how was I supposed to know that ya know. I thought I just found a card with good margin.
If this does ever get resolved it probably won't be for weeks given supports response time. -
While I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few false bans here, I find it hard to believe a bunch of people were innocently flipping too good to be true deals on equipment/audio without knowing they were linked to stub sellers.
I can also understand why someone would have thought it was fine to take advantage of this anyway (harming the stub sellers), unlike the WBC glitch which was an obvious violation of ToS.

I am guessing that there are probably other Diamond calls and equipment with similar unnatural spikes.

lol I caved and watched. There is just no way this is real life:
“I consulted my Twitch chat [of 12 year olds] and they assured me it’s okay. [so really that means your bans are all entirely your own faults for telling me it’s okay].”
(To avoid any confusion the brackets are reading between the lines)I feel like he’s memeing or something. I can’t believe a grown man would think this way.
Considering he's probably an entitled loser, I ain't surprised.
-
Got rid of all social media a couple years ago and best decision I’ve ever made haha. The only thing I have is YouTube now and I’m much healthier mentally for it. Although this game tries my patience, I’m still good

Right, hard not to see a big margin with quick turnover and not let it ride. It’s not the flippers fault cheaters are dominating market and selling to other cheaters. If anything getting the big profits made up for the hours of being one upped. SDS could audit these and re-evaluate some of the bans but it is easier to ignore.

Like Benjamin Franklin said "it is better 100 guilty Persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer." However SDS flipped this and they don't care how many innocent people suffer as long as they caught some guilty people. It's very Un-American of them.
