I answered in your other topic. Stub transferring is simply buying or selling on the marketplace with the intent to move stubs from one account to another.
It's how 3rd party stubs sellers get the stubs to their customers
If you are innocent all you can do is submit a ticket.

Submit a ticket wait a month or two before they get back to you and tell you there is nothing they can do

How come the last 10 or so games someone has quit on me up 4+ runs. I receive the loss and lose rating everytime. I’ve lost over 600 rating because of this same glitch.

Means your connection failed.

Or at least that SDS believes your connection is the one that failed.
I am not sure how someone could make it so that they quit while behind and still get the win but I don't won't discount the ingenuity of those who want to take shortcuts.
