Diamond dynasty team has home Jersey three different styles

I have the same issue last year with diamond dynasty. So in the game if I go to my diamond dynasty team I have one base jersey for home which is blue with white lettering. Sometimes in the games it's just solid blue jersey, a solid blue helmet, no logo, no images.. in the game menu the logos show up correctly, but when you go to the Jersey and sleaze part of the screen it comes up correctly. When you come to the main menu there's an incorrect logo that shows up. This has been like this for 2 years. What happens?
