I agree that they have to wait until the ceremony ends before they can reveal the plaques but I also assume there are past inductees that are in the program that they could have teased early.
Wonder if we get a HOF pack with 8 or 10 players

@Pergo_MLBTS I’m more excited over that then Beltran honestly mainly because since ive returned to work and became more casual I’m not even close to Beltran. I just sold off some cards I picked up hoping I would be close but more aless used them as investments. Andrew looks ridiculous tho elite 5 tool bat which if u don’t rly care about switch hitting he’s amazing which same hand matchups don’t rly bother me.

Folks, I seriously doubt that MLB influenced the timeline here. The vote announcement ended the drama. These three players were going into the hall. Nothing was going to stop that from happening. I don't think SDS was required to wait until the ceremony was over. I certainly don't think SDS was denied permission from MLB to make a Sunday morning announcement.

They announced on Friday that Beltran and Jones would be in the game today, and that it would be released after the ceremony was over (https://theshow.com/news/mlb-the-show-26-hall-of-fame/).
They absolutely would be blocked from actually releasing the content by MLB until after the ceremony. They aren't going to let SDS release Hall of Fame content before the induction ceremony takes place.
