Does the game feel a lit slower online since PATCH 14 or last week?

I don't know if its just me, but the game in custom leagues and online in general feels a lot slower. I first thought it was maybe my download/uploads speeds, but the more me and my owners play in our custom league it's with their games as well.
The pitch speeds look way slower we use 9 for both.
The fielding, pitching, hitting, and even arm throws seem a lot slower.
The pitching has gotten so bad we are walking 3-4 batters a game and throwing 20-30 pitches and inning constantly now when the average was betewwn 9-12 occassionally 15 an inning.There is so many soft hits now feels or sounds like wet paper back kinda sounds.
Things did not play like this for us in our custom league since May 10, 2026 this started happening recently. Normally when they do these tournaments the gameplay changes for us then once torunaments are over and a mysterious patch ocomes out after that the game play is back to normal.
anyways, looking to see if anyone else notices anything different in the past couple of weeks.

It feels laggy from time to time. There are innings where every thing feels good and pitches go where you want. Then there are innings where your pitches go all over the place and nowhere near where you set it up. It makes the game very frustrating to play.

Yes it is lagging every game. Pitches dont go were you put them. Then there some innings it is fine and some innings it not fine. Plus the hitting seems to be not right sometimes. When hitting its soft contact.

Since patch 14 was released my league was deleted, I had to create a complete new one after having 30 games in we play all 162 in a custom league we had to start over what a setback.
Now we have starters now relievers and vice versa making us half to play more games because we cant sim those games because who should be the starter is now a RP. Please let the commissioner of custom leagues edit at least pitchers position or let us use the SQUARE button and move starter and reliever cards in rotation or bullpen for both.
So biggest problem is the gameplay has been complete different since game came out everything and I mean everything all phases of baseball is now in slow motion from pitches leaving pitchers arms, to Fielding, hitting is atrocious theres a huge delay on swings a very big deal everything is weak contact the sounds are wet paper bag sounds this is not enjoyable and is unplayable.
Please do something to make this game play as good as it once did at launch.
