Buttons not working

Is anyone else having the issue where the buttons don’t registering on the menu screens or it’s as if they stick? This menu is so awful in so many ways but this really ruins the game. It’s borderline unplayable. Just trying to move one space on a conquest I have to hit the button 6 or 7 times or or ignores me 10 spaces over like my joystick is stuck. Opening packs, scrolling anyway, these mundane tasks are wildly challenging now.
I thought it was my controller but in game it works fine and everywhere else it is fine.

This has been an issue for me all year. Having to repress buttons on menu screens multiple times before they actually do anything

Make sure your controller is connected and turned on.
