Howdy,
restrictions did not change: if you see a "slow down + timer" message, congrats you managed to surpass the upper limits I try to discover myself by tapping as fast as possible. There is a per second and per minute limit for read and write. I do not exclude that the app might glitch sometimes and send a double request and wrongly give you a 30 seconds cooldown.
If you see "account restricted", it's something different: it would be counterproductive for the system to get into details. I also have escalated the integrity verification of the app "from 2 to 5 on a scale of 10" - this only affects Android devices: if your app is side loaded, the device compromised/rooted, etc, it will fail verification, but no honest user should be worried.

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS yet honest people like myself are getting the account restriction and not the cool down timer. And have to close out and put 5 orders so on and so forth. What is the fix for that?

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS does it have to do with daily orders? I mainly do silver to golds and it was working great all day today with the cool down counter. Putting in orders. Exchange. Rinse and repeat. But then this evening it started back with the annoying account restriction after 5 orders.
Some transparency would be helpful on why it is happening so that humans can avoid doing it.
