Xbox is the problem
-
Believe the bots are coming through the app app that's where the problem lies. Neither PS5 or Xbox. Maybe it's Apple phones, lol.
-
Xbox may be the problem since on Xbox we can play MLB the Show on our PCs.

Maybe it could be, Jschlatt. In 1999.

Guess it's time for me to repeat the truth. Gaming consoles are PC's. They use the exact same basic components as your normal desktop personal computer. The only difference is that these consoles are mass produced using precisely common components, and therefore video game studios only need to ensure their games work with one example of the console model to be 100% sure they will work with all of the same model.
The major difference being that traditional PC's use parts sourced from various vendors and therefore commonality is lacking. The makes comprehensive alpha and beta testing impossible. To assert that any gaming console is immune from the effects of malicious code is ridiculous and betrays either a lack of knowledge in the technology, or an agenda held by the person making the false assertion.

I only have freeze offs vs PlayStation gamers.

All you guys have to do is go look at the standings. I see way more off the wall records and batting averages coming out of play station players in those standings then Xbox players. This post is so dumb. Plenty of play station players cheat. Lets blame Xbox
. Xbox has been part of the show for what 6 years now. Never been an issue. -
@unliveablechris_PSN cheating can happen on any platform.
-
@unliveablechris_PSN did Xbox cause the servers to be terrible? How about terrible gameplay? Wait…Xbox definitely caused SDS to lie about PCI shrinkage right?
-
Legit question - how do you know it’s from Xbox? While I’m on Xbox - if that’s for sure the case, switching back to PS only would be great.
He doesn't. He engaged in pure speculation without any evidence and the focus he made is quite strange given it doesn't matter in the large picture.
-
@JDHalfrack_PSN it does stink, I find it so much smoother to flip on the app. I can do it while not on console, but I agree, some people have to ruin it for all.

You can't play on pc. Stop making up lies
-
@Jacky-Chan1_XBL Of course you can, through the Xbox app. No lies here.

@Jacky-Chan1_XBL MLB the Show is a play anywhere on the Xbox. This means that you can via the Xbox app, via cloud gaming, you just need to have a controller connected to your PC or Laptop.
I have tried playing it on my laptop, so I could get the daily rewards, while visiting my parents before we went on an 11-day cruise. Now my laptop is not a gaming laptop, but in my experience playing the game on the laptop via cloud gaming was not something that I would want to do if playing online or even offline. The lag was just horrible for me and all I tried to do at time was play some of the moments from one of the player programs. I was either way, way early or late for my swings, due to the input lag.
It was fine if I was just messing around in the market or logging in for the daily reward, but in my experience playing the game via cloud gaming was nothing but frustration.

@I23SAVAGE23I_XBL PS has the Cronus...I'm not 100% sure if the scripts would work though, so my "60%" informed opinion is that the majority of the cheating appears to happen through xbox players, because everything they use is Microsoft compatible. I'm not saying all X-Box players are cheaters because they aren't.
